Tina at lifelovepaper: Random fun#links posted 7 random thoughts...so I feel the need to follow her lead:
1. How come when I get cinnamon on my chai latte it all sinks to the bottom...so the last swallow is chunky?
2. I have NOTHING in my fridge for dinner and no money to buy anything.
3. Fuck. I have to bring snack to soccer tomorrow. Again.
4. I hope Cade didn't have a nap today so he will go to bed at a decent time.
5. It's Friday and my stalker hasn't called me all week with any breastfeeding crisis.
6. My ovaries hurt. Must be ovulating.
7. God I am bitchy.

Oh and to reply to your request for a takeout menu holder or personal chef...:)..when you host a cooking show for me, I BECOME your personal chef for the evening! LOL
You get a few different recipes to choose from (pick one and purchase the ingredients) and I come to your house and make it in front of you and your guests( while demonstrating the Pampered Chef products of course:)!
They have this really neat recipe for a Chicken - Cranberry Croissant Wreath that is so cute for the holidays and delicious too!
Hmmm! I have a question? Why in the Hell can't we just by-pass the frickin' snacks!!!!!???? Snacks @ soccer, snacks @ Religious Ed, Snacks @ Brownies! Doesn't anyone feed their friggin' kids? I feed my kids before soccer & /or take them out to b-fast afterwards. Religious Ed class-they arrive @ 10:30 & pick up & are done by 11:30/11:45 right after b-fast & right before lunch so again, why a snack?? When they pass around the sign-up sheet I just want to say no thank you, but I know that I will sound like the Ogre & start a cat-fight. Let's have our kids focus on exercise & sports not the snack after the game.
ReplyDeleteOk! enough ranting there :)
Hope you're having a great weekend!

7 random thoughts are a great idea. I might try these today.
ReplyDeleteHOpe you are having a better day.
Okay, I must admit I am horrible! I am bad about reading other peoples' blogs and commenting on them... mostly because I don't have the time. But I just added yours to my bloglines and I have been reading your past posts laughing hysterically! I just love your blog!
ReplyDeleteI agree with the others - what a good idea! I always seem to have so many things rolling around in my head and I often don't know what to do with them.
ReplyDeleteAnd I am so glad to know that I am not the only mother that hopes her kids won't take naps so that they will go to bed without a fight! My 2-year-old is in the inbetween phase - some days he needs them and some days he doesn't . . . the days he takes them I dread bedtime.
elizabeth...if nobody minds sitting on each others laps in my tiny kingdom that would be swell!
ReplyDeleteLina...my comcast says your email is invalid?
